30 Days Return Window: You have a full 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Return Costs Explained
- Return Currency: Canadian Dollars (CAD)
As a Canadian company, all returns are processed in Canadian Dollars.
- Return Label: Customer's responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: No cost
There are no additional fees for processing returns. All returned items are inspected upon arrival to confirm eligibility. Once approved, your refund will be issued in full to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

How to Send It Back
- Reach Out: Email us at info@pepperpet.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack Securely: Re-box your item in the original packaging with all parts, tags, and documents included.
- Ship It: Follow the return instructions in your confirmation email and drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
